Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares were surrendered for taxes in connection with vesting of Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units ("PRSUs") granted on February 16, 2021.

2. The Reporting Person's total direct ownership following the transaction reported hereby also reflects the forfeiture of 40,178 PRSUs granted on February 16, 2021 pursuant to the 2017 Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan.

3. Between March 2024 and January 2025, the reporting person acquired 238.6863 shares of the Issuer's common stock under the Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. 401(k) plan.
