1. The sales reported on this Form 4 were effected in open market transactions by the Reporting Person.

Reflects the weighted average price of 12,679 shares of common stock of Bright Green Corporation (the "Issuer") sold by the Reporting Person in multiple transactions on September 9, 2024, with sales prices ranging from $0.19 to $0.195 per share. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide, upon request to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. Includes 600,000 restricted stock units, granted March 7, 2024, each representing a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, which vest in twelve equal installments beginning on month from the date of grant.

4. Reflects the weighted average price of 13,263 shares of common stock of the Issuer sold by the Reporting Person in multiple transactions on September 10, 2024, with sales prices ranging from $0.19 to $0.1905 per share.
