The Reporting Person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this Footnote to this Form 4.

2. The number of shares subject to the option shall vest in 48 equal monthly installments on the same day of each month after February 15, 2026, the date of grant.
