Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a restricted stock award with a Vesting Commencement Date ("VCD") of April 15, 2025. One-sixteenth (1/16th) of the granted shares vest on August 15, 2025 and the remainder of the granted shares vest ratably over 15 quarters on each quarterly anniversary thereafter, subject to continued employment with the Issuer through the applicable vesting dates.

2. The option was granted on April 15, 2025, the VCD. One forty-eighth (1/48th) of the shares subject to the option vest on each monthly anniversary of the VCD, subject to continued employment with the Issuer through the applicable vesting dates.
