Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of restricted stock units in respect of shares of Common Stock awarded to the Reporting Person under the Freshpet, Inc. 2024 Equity Incentive Plan. These restricted stock units are scheduled to vest in three equal annual installments beginning March 15, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer.
