Explanation of Responses:

1. This sale was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 "sell to cover" election made by the Reporting Person for the sole purpose to satisfy the Reporting Person's tax withholding obligation upon the settlement of previously granted restricted stock awards. This sale does not represent a discretionary trade by the Reporting Person.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $0.5479 to $0.578, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price at which the transactions were effected.

3. This sale was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on September 3, 2024.

4. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $0.5536 to $0.5537, inclusive.
