Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of common stock of Paycom Software, Inc. (the "Issuer") withheld by the Issuer to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of the following awards: (i) 6,375 shares of restricted stock granted to the reporting person on May 30, 2024; and (ii) 1,747 restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on May 30, 2024. No shares were sold in this transaction.

2. Includes 33,677 unvested shares of restricted stock and 3,496 unvested restricted stock units.
