Represents an award of restricted share units ("RSUs") that will vest as follows: 8,000 vest on the one year anniversary of the grant date and 12,000 vest on the second anniversary of the grant date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer upon settlement.
