On August 2, 2026, Shannon Kinney notified the Company of her decision to resign as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, effective August 31, 2026, to pursue an opportunity as the General Counsel of ConocoPhillips. Ms. Kinney's replacement will be announced at a later time.
