Non-GAAP tax provision - consists of current and deferred income tax expense commensurate with the level of adjusted income before income taxes and utilizes a current, blended U.S. and foreign statutory annual tax rate of 20% for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 and 22% for the third quarter of fiscal 2025.
