On August 13, 2025, Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company had declared a dividend to be paid during the third quarter of 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
