Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 23, 2021, as part of succession planning, Thomas E. Frooman, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Cintas Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he would retire, effective as of July 31, 2021. D. Brock Denton will replace Mr. Frooman as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company beginning August 1, 2021.
