On April 23, 2026, Citizens & Northern Corporation’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of May 4, 2026. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and incorporated by reference herein.
