CEO Wes Bolsen to Present at 2:30 p.m. PT on October 20 and Participate in Fireside Chat at 4:30 p.m. PT on October 21

CitroTech Inc. (NYSE AM: CITR), a specialty chemical company developing environmentally responsible fire-inhibitor solutions, today announced that Wes Bolsen, Chief Executive Officer, will present at the 20th Annual LD Micro Main Event taking place October 19-21, 2026 at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles.

Mr. Bolsen is scheduled to present at 2:30 p.m. PT (5:30 p.m. ET) on Tuesday, October 20, and will be available for one-on-one meetings on October 20 and 21. He will also participate in a fireside chat moderated by Chris Lahiji, Founder and CEO of LD Micro, at 4:30 pm PT (7:30 p.m. ET) on Wednesday, October 21.

During the fireside chat, Mr. Bolsen and Mr. Lahiji will discuss wildfire risks and the growing need for proactive wildfire mitigation solutions.

As wildfires continue to pose significant risks to communities, infrastructure and the environment, the need for more proactive approaches to wildfire defense and asset protection is clear. CitroTech is advancing the adoption of its environmentally responsible fire-inhibitor solutions to support these efforts and address growing market demand for innovative mitigation technologies. The company’s participation in the LD Micro Main Event will provide an opportunity to discuss its technology, commercial strategy and business development initiatives with the investment community.

"Wildfires are occurring with greater frequency and intensity, causing billions of dollars in damage each year and creating consequences that extend far beyond the areas immediately impacted by a fire," said Bolsen. "The fact that wildfires in Southern California previously forced the cancellation of presentations at an LD Micro conference is a powerful reminder of the direct, real-world impacts of this growing challenge.

Bolsen continued, "For investors, the scale of the challenge underscores the opportunity surrounding technologies that help prevent ignition and reduce the economic impact of wildfire. CitroTech has a proven, environmentally responsible fire-inhibitor technology that is designed to do exactly that, and we believe the potential for deployment has never been stronger or more relevant. We look forward to sharing our progress, highlighting the opportunities ahead and engaging with investors at the LD Micro Main Event."

Chris Lahiji, Founder and CEO of LD Micro, commented, "As someone who has proudly called California home for more than 30 years, fires have become one of the biggest dangers of living in the state. To address this, there needs to be a multi-pronged approach that includes unique solutions and technology. We are honored to have CitroTech present and showcase what makes their solutions special to this cause."
