Includes 8,062 deferred shares held in the Stock Compensation Plan for Non-Employee Directors, including 280 shares acquired through the reinvestment of dividends since November 6, 2023, the date of the last reportable transaction, and 90 shares acquired through the reinvestment of dividends prior to November 6, 2023 and inadvertently omitted from the Form 4 filed on November 8, 2023.
