(NASDAQ:CLSK) ("CleanSpark" or the "Company"), a market-leading data center developer, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CSDC Finance I, LLC, has closed its previously announced offering of $2.276 billion aggregate principal amount of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2031.

The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration.
