On July 23, 2026, Coastal Financial Corporation, and its subsidiary, Coastal Community Bank, issued a press release announcing that it will report second quarter 2026 financial statements pre-market on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and host an earnings call in connection with its second quarter 2026 financial results on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. ET (5:00 a.m. PT). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
