On October 31, 2023, Cognex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release to report its financial results for the quarter ended October 1, 2023. The release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. On October 31, 2023, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2023, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2023.
