Other Events.

On February 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of Coherent Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of $3.00 per share on its 6.00% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock (NYSE: IIVI). The quarterly dividend will be payable in cash on April 3, 2023, in accordance with the terms of the 6.00% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2023.
