The Container Store Group, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to present the management presentation slides attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 during the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders that will take place on August 31, 2022. The slides include information on the Company’s historical financial results as well as its strategic priorities and long-term financial targets.
