Item 8.01. Other Events.

On December 30, 2021, The Container Store Group, Inc. completed the acquisition of Closet Works, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of wood-based custom home storage and organization solutions for total consideration of $21.5 million. Closet Works, based in Chicago, Illinois, services the entire United States with products including closets, garages, home offices, pantries, laundry rooms, murphy beds and built-in wall units.
