Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person under the Issuer's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the conditional right to receive one share of Common Stock of the Issuer. The RSUs will vest in four equal installments on each of March 11, 2026, March 11, 2027, March 11, 2028 and March 11, 2029, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Issuer through the applicable vesting date.
