Cushman & Wakefield managing director joins Corvex — will source the sites and power behind the company's expanding AI Factory platform

ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Corvex, Inc. (NASDAQ:MOVE), an engineering-led AI computing platform specializing in GPU-accelerated infrastructure for AI workloads, today announced that Garrett Brams has joined the company to lead its data center sourcing and development strategy.

Brams will oversee the sourcing, evaluation, leasing, and development of mission-critical data center projects supporting Corvex's expanding AI Factory platform. This will strengthen the company's access to strategic sites and power and accelerate the development of next-generation AI infrastructure.

Brams joins Corvex from Cushman & Wakefield, where, as Managing Director, he advised developers, owners, occupiers, and institutional investors on complex, capital-intensive infrastructure projects. His experience spans the full lifecycle of mission-critical assets, including acquisitions, development, leasing, operations, and dispositions, with a focus on projects where power availability, resiliency, scalability, and speed-to-market were paramount.
