Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 7, 2024, the Korea Fair Trade Commission (the “KFTC”) issued a formal written order formalizing their June 2024 decision. As expected, the fine was $121 million and the KFTC directed Coupang, Inc. (the “Company”) to take certain related remedial measures. The Company plans to appeal the KFTC order.
