On September 13, 2023, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company’s fiscal 2023 full year and fourth quarter results of operations and projected outlook of certain items for the Company’s fiscal 2024 first quarter.
