Crawford & Company Board Declares Dividends

Crawford & Company® (NYSE:CRD) is pleased to announce that on February 6, 2025, at its regular quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share on the Class A Common Stock and $0.07 per share on the Class B Common Stock, payable on March 7, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2025.
