Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On August 14, 2026, Creatd, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it regained its reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) upon the effectiveness of its registration statement on Form S-1 on August 11, 2026, and the filing on August 13, 2026 of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2026, and reporting certain information regarding the Company’s financial condition and results of operations for such period, including total current assets, marketable securities, notes receivable and working capital. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
