CRH’s Americas Materials business announced that it has acquired Pisgah Stone Products LLC ("Pisgah"), a producer of high-quality aggregates in Northern Utah. The acquisition will provide CRH with additional aggregate reserves to support its long-term strategy in the region, where a growing economy is driving robust construction demand.

Based in Wellsville, Utah, Pisgah complements CRH’s existing Utah operations and connected business model by supplying high-quality hard-rock limestone for asphalt, ready mixed concrete, and construction applications. The business has been locally owned and family-run for over a decade, with a strong customer base comprising both business and government entities.
