Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 13, 2022, Michael E. Moscoso resigned from his position as Vice President – Finance of CSI Compressco GP LLC, the general partner of CSI Compressco LP, effective as of a date to be mutually agreed upon.
