Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 2, 2023, CSI Compressco LP (the “Partnership”), announced it will present at the LD Micro Invitational XII Conference, to be held in California on June 6 to June 8, and the Bank of America Securities Energy Credit Conference, to be held in New York City on June 7 to June 8.

The Partnership also posted an investor presentation to the Investor Relations page of its website, https://ir.csicompressco.com.
