Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 17, 2023, CSI Compressco LP (the “Partnership”) announced that it will present at the Bank of America Leveraged Finance Conference, to be held in Boca Raton, Florida on Monday, November 27^th through Wednesday, November 29^th, 2023.

The Partnership also posted an investor presentation to the Investor Relations page of its website, https://ir.csicompressco.com.
