On February 14, 2022, Larry Samuelson, the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cvent Holding Corp. (the “Company”), announced his intention to resign from his position and leave the Company effective April 1, 2022 in order to pursue a new opportunity.
