Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 26, 2023, Zheng Dai transferred his entire ownership of Future Science and Technology Co. Ltd, which held 52,290,290 shares of WeTrade Group Inc., to Yumei Liu. As a result, Zheng Dai no longer holds shares in WeTrade Group Inc. following this transaction.
