    David Vaughan Investments Appoints Christopher Spears to Board of Managers

    David Vaughan Investments, LLC (DVI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Spears, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of International Game Technology PLC (NYSE:IGT), as an Independent Manager to our Board of Managers. Mr. Spears is a seasoned legal professional with years of experience providing corporate leadership on topics such as SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, governance and business strategy.

    Mr. Spears joined IGT in 2017 and currently leads the company's global legal affairs, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Prior to IGT, Mr. Spears held several senior legal roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Group General Counsel (Commercial and International Operations) and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. He began his legal career in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC (now Dentons Bingham Greenebaum).

    Mr. Spears holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Berea College and both a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.
