Resignation of Director

On May 14, 2024, A. Alexander Taylor, II resigned from service on the Delta Apparel, Inc. Board of Directors (“Board”) and all subcommittees of the Board effective May 14, 2024.

Appointment of Chair of Corporate Governance Committee

On May 16, 2024, the Board reassigned Ms. Britt from the Audit Committee of the Board to the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board and appointed her to serve as chair of the Corporate Governance Committee.
