Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 20, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing interim results demonstrating robust reduction in Neurofilament Light (NfL) with DNL310 (ETV:IDS) treatment in MPS II (Hunter syndrome). The FDA has recommended assessment of NfL, a marker of neuroaxonal damage, as a possible biomarker in MPS II.

Management will host a webinar for analysts and investors at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time today. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
