Recognition driven entirely by anonymous employee feedback

DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE:DHX), parent company of Dice and ClearanceJobs, today announced it has earned Great Place To Work Certification™ for the fifth consecutive year. The recognition is based on what employees say about their experience at work, not what the company says about itself.

Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, awards certification based on its Trust Index™ Survey. The anonymous survey asks employees to rate their company on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Only companies that meet Great Place To Work's research-backed standard for a great employee experience earn certification.

This year, 81% of DHI employees said it's a great place to work.

"Five years in a row isn't luck; it's the result of teams who show up for each other every day," said Art Zeile, CEO of DHI Group. "This certification comes straight from our employees, which is exactly what makes it meaningful. It tells us we're building something people want to be part of."

Employees told us what makes DHI a great place to work: real flexibility, ownership of their work, and colleagues who care about each other. That's why 84% are proud to tell others they work here.

"We don't treat this survey as a scorecard. We treat it as a listening tool," said Liz Andora, Chief People Officer at DHI Group. "Our employees tell us what's working and where we can do better, and we build actions plans based on that feedback. Earning certification for a fifth straight year shows that trust is real and lasting."

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.

The certification adds to DHI's recent workplace honors, including being named one of U.S. News & World Report's Best Companies to Work For in 2026.
