1. The forfeiture reported in this row represents restricted stock units that were withheld by the Company solely for the purpose of satisfying tax obligations arising upon the automatic vesting of 253 restricted stock units.

2. This includes 2,526 unvested restricted stock units.

3. The shares shown have been adjusted to reflect the Issuer's reverse stock split of its outstanding shares of common stock on a 1-for-40 basis that occurred on March 1, 2024.
