1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") that were granted and vested upon approval by the shareholders of Piedmont Lithium Inc. (the "Issuer"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer. Such RSUs will generally be restricted from sale so long as the reporting person is a director of the Issuer.
