Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares were sold in multiple transactions ranging from $11.51 to $11.54 per share on the reported date resulting in a weighted average price of $11.5101. Upon request, the reporting person will provide to the Commission staff or a security holder of the Issuer the number of shares sold and sale price for each separate transaction.

2. Sale made in order to rescind effect of previous purchases in reporting person's IRA account.

3. Includes 19,852 shares owned jointly with spouse; 75,000 shares held in an IRA account; and 2,533 unvested shares of restricted stock granted under the Issuer's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan, which will vest in full on March 7, 2027.
