Explanation of Responses:

1. 5,730 shares of common stock of Dayforce, Inc. that are issuable pursuant to restricted stock units ("RSUs"), granted on May 9, 2025, that vest as to 25% of the RSU on the last day of each three-month period commencing on the date of grant.

2. Includes 5,454 vested RSUs and 5,730 unvested RSUs.

3. Indirectly owned through Bickett of Ponte Vedra Beach Limited Partnership. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest.
