Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported price represents a weighted average sale price for shares sold in multiple transactions on the reported date. The shares were sold in connection with the exercise of stock options in a cashless exercise transaction. The sales prices for the transactions ranged from $37.62 to $38.05. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

2. 25% of the option vested on January 1, 2023 with the remaining shares vesting in 1/48 monthly installments thereafter.

3. 25% of the option vested on April 1, 2023 with the remaining shares vesting in 1/48 monthly installments thereafter.
