1. Represents award of time-vested restricted stock that vests on August 5, 2026.

2. Price as of the close of business on February 5, 2026.

3. These shares are held in a revocable family trust, of which Mr. Borer and his spouse are trustees and share voting and dispositive power.

4. Represents vested Phantom Stock held in Mr. Borer's deferred income plan account. Each share of phantom stock is the economic equivalent of one share of Spire Inc. common stock. Shares of phantom stock are payable in cash in lump sum payments to the reporting person in January 2028, seven annual payments beginning in January 2030, two lump sum payments in January 2031 and four annual payments beginning in January 2032.
