1. The options were exercised and the shares were acquired at $1.44 Canadian dollars, $1.0403 U.S. dollars is the equivalent price pursuant to the exchange rate realized as of the transaction date (Cdn$1.00 = US$0.7224).

2. The shares were sold at $1.9523 Canadian dollars, $1.4103 U.S. dollars is the equivalent of the sales price pursuant to the exchange rate realized as of the transaction date (Cdn$1.00 = US$0.7224).

3. The 77,751 options were granted on 8/27/2021 and vested and became exercisable as follows: 25,917 on 8/27/2022; 25,917 on 8/27/2023; and 25,917 on 8/27/2024.
