Explanation of Responses:

1. Each share is represented by a Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU"). The RSUs will vest in equal quarterly increments over a one year period, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service as of each such date.

2. The number of shares beneficially owned reflects the Issuer's 2-for-1 stock split effected December 13, 2024.

3. Shares held by The Donovan Family Living Trust U/A DTD 09/28/2012, for which the Reporting Person serves as co-trustee. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

4. Shares held by SRJ Norway II Partners LP, for which the Reporting Person serves as general partner. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
