2. Shares are owned by Reporting Person and his spouse, Susan Finley, as joint tenants.

3. Shares are owned by ALF Operating Partners, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership ("ALF"). The sole general partner of ALF is ALF Acquisitions Company, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ALF-AQ"). Alfred Lee Finley ("Lee Finley") is the sole member and President of ALF-AQ. Lee Finley disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities owned by ALF except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
