Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 27, 2026, these restricted stock units were granted under the La-Z-Boy Incorporated 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan, and each restricted stock unit is the economic equivalent of one share of LZB common stock. The restricted stock units will be settled in stock within 60 days following the vesting date, which is the one-year anniversary of the award date.
