Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents an exercise price of $0.615 Canadian dollars, converted to U.S. dollars at the daily average exchange rate of $1.00 to CAD$1.3969 reported by the Bank of Canada on May 13, 2025.

2. On May 20, 2020, the reporting person was granted 116,667 stock options of enCore Energy Corp. (the "Company") pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan. The stock options are fully vested and became exercisable in four equal installments beginning on November 20, 2020, which was the six-month anniversary of the date on which the stock options were granted.
