1. Represents restricted stock units (RSUs) of SelectQuote, Inc. (the "Company") granted to Mr. Hawks under the Company's 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan.

2. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's common stock, $0.01 par value per share.

3. The award vested in full on the transaction date shown in Column 3.

4. The RSUs vest on the date of the Company's 2025 annual meeting of stockholders (the "Vesting Date"), subject to the recipient's continued service on the Company's Board of Directors as of the Vesting Date.
