1. Represents shares of MongoDB, Inc. Common Stock donated as a gift by the Reporting Person to the Ittycheria-Thomas Foundation, a Delaware nonstock nonprofit corporation. The Reporting Person is deemed to have voting and investment power over the shares of MongoDB, Inc. Common Stock held by the Ittycheria-Thomas Foundation, but has no pecuniary interest in these shares.
